• Pengelolaan Legalitas Perizinan, baik perizinan proyek, perizinan baru, maupun perizinan periodik (OSS RBA, SIMBG: PBG & SLF, AMDAL Net, aplikasi pemerintah daerah, dll).
• Kebutuhan legalitas (drafting, opini, standing, searching, peraturan perundang-undangan, dll).
• Asistensi pengelolaan legalitas seluruh aset tanah dan bangunan perusahaan, khususnya pertanahan (perpanjangan HGB, sertifikasi, roya, sita aset, dan pengelolaan pemilikan sertifikat tanah).
• Asistensi pembelian & penjualan properti (tanah & bangunan), khususnya dalam hal pengecekan legalitas dan kesiapan dokumen transaksi.

• Komputer (Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Excel).
• Legal Drafting.
