CVS Health seeks a Senior Manager - Operations Readiness to lead the MWB readiness lifecycle for operational initiatives. You will partner with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management, and Training to ensure initiatives are designed, prepared, and embedded into daily execution.
You will oversee a broader readiness and process capability pipeline, define performance measures, and drive adoption across MWB teams while building leadership talent and sustaining continuous improvement.
