Your Skills & Experiences

• Proficiency in both classical and modern pastry techniques, including tempering chocolate, sugar art, and advanced baking methods
• Ability to create unique and visually appealing desserts & Pastry that reflect current trends and guest preferences. This includes flavor pairing and artistic presentation
• Knowledge of food allergies and the ability to create safe, allergen-free desserts is essential in a diverse culinary environment
• Proficient in addressing and resolving operational challenges swiftly, maintaining service excellence
