The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Chef de Partie – Bakery to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring standard product quality and presentation
- Produce a wide range of bakery items including artisan breads, viennoiserie, and pastries
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Lead, train, and motivate commis and demi‑chef within the bakery section
- Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary team on menu development and special events
- Indonesian citizen only
