FB Captain-Bel Etage - The St. Regis Jakarta
Our roles extend beyond serving food and beverages; they are about orchestrating refined dining experiences that reflect the standards of a five-star luxury hotel. As a Food & Beverage Captain, you play a key leadership role in ensuring that every guest journey in our All Day Dining Restaurant is seamless, personalized, and memorable. The F&B Captain leads service operations on the floor, guiding and supporting the service team while maintaining close coordination with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.
From overseeing table setups and service flow to engaging with guests and anticipating their needs, the Captain ensures that each interaction feels effortless and elevated. By being present, attentive, and proactive, the F&B Captain transforms daily dining into a distinguished hospitality experience. In addition to service excellence, the F&B Captain upholds all company policies, safety, and security procedures, promptly reporting maintenance issues, incidents, or unsafe conditions to management.
The role requires maintaining impeccable grooming and professional appearance, safeguarding confidential information, and protecting company assets at all times. The F&B Captain welcomes and acknowledges all guests in accordance with brand standards, communicates clearly and professionally with both guests and colleagues, and fosters strong teamwork to achieve shared service goals. Consistent adherence to quality standards is essential, along with the physical ability to stand and move throughout service periods, perform light lifting, and assist with operational tasks as needed.
Other reasonable duties may be assigned by Supervisors or Management to support overall restaurant operations.
