Main Purpose of the RoleKey Account Manager focus on determining and managing key accounts to achieve and advance sales budgets, as well as maximize opportunities to drive sales within a particular channel and to help maximize revenue opportunities with assigned key accounts. To support in delivering business results such as sales, profit, market share, growth, people development, and cross‑functional team spirit via careful planning, coordination and execution of market access strategies.
To initiate and coordinate feasibility proposal to either expand and/or enter into the identified key accounts.
- Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of the client’s business.
- Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Is in charge of sales expansion, introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.
- Submit short and long‑range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
- Responsible for retaining long‑term customer relationships with established clients.
- Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.
- Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced, migrate information to appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- English and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Conceptual ability, negotiation, networking, interpersonal and management skills.
- Experience minimum 5 years in similar field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills; superb with deadlines; decisive; advanced problem‑solving capabilities; professional; thorough; detail‑oriented. Vaccine background will be an advantage.
