• Establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with Bank Staff (RM) and build professional networking.
• Handle and maintain high-end customers in preferred / priority banking.
• Achieve adjusted ANP from the agreed targets.
• Communicate and discuss with Branch Manager or higher positions to boost targets.

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field (Bancassurance, Financial Advisor, Insurance Specialist, Relationship Manager, and Account Manager from financial services industry).
• Good knowledge of Wealth Management / certification in Financial Planning is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable managing communication and relationship with executive-level contacts.
• Excellent presentation skills.
