Key Account Manager
Our client is a Trading Financial Services company and is looking for a Key Account Manager.
Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and acquire potential customers with significant business scale (approximately IDR 10 billion and above).
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, including transferred or previously handled accounts.
Conduct regular client visits and business meetings (approximately 40% field visits and 60% office-based work).
Execute end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to deal closing, in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Prepare and manage required documents for internal approval processes, including credit and business approvals.
Coordinate with internal execution and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Work closely with other internal teams while maintaining ownership of assigned accounts.
Achieve performance targets and KPIs as defined by management.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in Finance leasing, Banking, or Financial services.
Experience handling B2B customers; exposure to B2C is a plus.
Possessing an existing customer database or strong market network is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willing to conduct frequent client visits and business travel within Jakarta and surrounding areas.
Basic working proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Self-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable working with targets and performance evaluation.
Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
