• To drive agents and meet Individual target (number of agents and sales value IDR)
• Create a target list for each day & weekly & monthly
• Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on selling product
• Visiting clients to do presentation and pushing sales number
• Follow up clients through call and chat everyday
• Building good professional relationship with Principal, admin, and agents from clients all office

• Proven work experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar role
• Hands‑on experience with multiple sales techniques (including canvassing, cold calls)
• Have previous experience in sales for handling B2C and B2B accounts would be an advantage
• Have a good sales track record of achieving sales target
• Familiarity with Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Meet) and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
