Sales Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage freight forwarding sales activities (sea freight, and/or land transportation) to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until deal closure.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide regular shipment updates, and resolve service issues professionally.
- Support management in achieving revenue growth and market expansion in Jakarta area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Management, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, preferably in freight.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and sales target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiar with Jakarta logistics market and customer network is a strong advantage.
