• Sales & Marketing Manager (Property)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Marketing
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in sales & marketing management for high‑rise buildings and apartments (advantageous)
• Target‑oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals
• Solid leadership and strong relationship‑building skills
• Initiative, proactive, and hardworking
• Pleasant personality, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to work with sales targets
• Fluent in English (spoken & written);
  Mandarin is a plus
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately
