Responsibilities
- Managing the sales team by implementing ZUZU Team Sales Process
- Conducting weekly and monthly sales reports with the sales team using data provided by the company
- Achieving team targets
- Coaching & guiding sales team members (proposal creation, sales pitch improvement, handling objections)
- Conducting training for each sales team member, including shadow meetings and setting specific personal weekly targets for field coaching
- CRM database management
- Ensuring all administrative processes by the sales team are completed smoothly
- Conducting routine team member performance improvement/evaluation
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in any major
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Ability to use Excel, Sales
CRM (Sales Force, Streak, Hubspot) and team‑management CRM (Trello/Asana) - Experience in a similar industry (SaaS or hospitality startup preferred), at least 5 years
- Direct management of 5–10 people for 2–3 years
- Proven track record in achieving team targets
- Data‑oriented approach
- Strong leadership, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Mid‑Senior level
