If you know your way around software sales, speak fluent Bahasa Indonesia, and have a strong grip on FMCG/CPG industry dynamics, this could be your moment. At Field Assist, we don't just sell software – we power up the entire sales ecosystem for consumer brands.
We’re on the hunt for a mini-CEO for Indonesia – someone who can take full ownership of the market, own their number like a boss, and build client love that lasts.
- Own it. Build and drive Field Assist’s presence in Indonesia end-to-end – from first hello to closed deal (and beyond).
- Become a product pro. Know our software inside-out – so well, you could pitch it in your sleep.
- Lead from the front. Generate leads, follow up like a pro, and run high-impact demos that leave clients saying “wow.”
- Handle the heat. Manage RFIs, RFPs, and objections with flair. Turn decision‑makers into brand believers.
- Stay sharp. Monitor competitors, analyze market trends, and sniff out opportunities like a seasoned FMCG sales rep on a Monday morning.
- Deliver results. Hit your numbers, report your pipeline, and do it all with swagger.
- 2–5 years in software sales / business development. You’ve closed deals, lost a few, and learned a ton.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS is gold. Bonus points for understanding how sales run in FMCG/CPG companies.
- Local know-how:
You understand the nuances of the Indonesian market and business etiquette. And yes, you must speak Bahasa Indonesia. - A true self-starter. You don’t wait for instructions — you make things happen.
- Strong with people. You influence CXOs and win over field reps with equal ease.
- Prepared to travel across regions to build business and relationships.
