1. Achieve sales targets:
Assist regional or field partners in achieving annual sales targets.
2. Customer relationship management:
Assist regional or field partners in maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships, do a good job in key customer business, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Product knowledge mastery:
Proficient in the company's product knowledge, including consulting products, software products, ITO services and digital transformation services, to provide customers with professional solutions.
4. Pre-sales support:
Cooperate with regional or field partners to do a good job in pre-sales business support.
5. Business Expansion:
Expand business scope and increase market share through strategic sales and customer relationship management.
6. Project acceptance:
Cooperate with regional or field partners to collect payment.
1. Educational background: over 23 years old, bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.
2.
Work experience:
At least 1-3 years of corporate sales or business experience, with excellent interpersonal relationship handling skills and communication skills.
3. Customer management:
Those with successful experience in key customer development or maintenance, and rich key customer resources are preferred.
4. Industry interests:
Strong interest in management consulting, digital transformation, software technology service industries, and work experience in related industries is preferred.
5. Business experience:
Have ToB or one-on-one customer service or sales experience, and be able to adapt to frequent business trips.
6. Personal quality: good image and temperament, with excellent business negotiation skills and market development skills.
7. Professional skills:
Familiar with business management knowledge and skills, able to quickly understand and convey complex technical concepts.
8. Teamwork:
Have good team spirit and be able to work effectively in a multi-departmental collaborative environment.
9. Continuous learning:
Have the ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and market changes.
10. Achievement-oriented:
Have a strong motivation for achievement and result-oriented, able to work under pressure and assist regional or field partners in achieving sales goals.
