LED Display Industry Trade Manager (Jakarta, Indonesia)

The company has existing overseas operations and is not starting completely from scratch. Previous market development primarily relied on sales personnel from China or remote online follow-up. We are now looking to establish a local presence with a native professional based in Indonesia to take ownership of the market.

We seek a local foreign national in Indonesia with fluent English communication skills, extensive experience in the LED display industry, and a proven B2B client base. A personal sales achievement record of no less than 3 million (currency assumed as RMB) is required.

• Be responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's LED products in the local Indonesian market, expanding market share.
• Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients, providing professional product consultation and after-sales service.
• Research and analyze market demand, promptly feed back market intelligence, and propose sales strategies.
• Assist the team in formulating and achieving sales targets, driving company business growth.
• Regularly report on sales progress, ensuring the achievement of both individual and team performance goals.

• One local national in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in LED displays, system integration, or advertising companies.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven personal sales record of no less than 3 million (currency assumed as RMB).
