We’re launching our full-service brokerage business in Jakarta
, and this is a rare opportunity to build and lead the next generation of tech-powered agents from the ground up in Indonesia.

We’re seeking a highly driven, performance-focused sales leader to build and scale our internal brokerage operations in Jakarta. This role will involve hiring, training, and managing a local agent team, implementing efficient sales processes, driving high-volume resale and new home transactions, and ensuring top-tier conversion and service delivery.

You’ll lead the entire sales funnel—from lead distribution and qualification to deal closing—while working closely with Marketing, Product, and Tech to build a market-leading brokerage model in Indonesia.

• Recruit, train, and manage internal real estate agents across resale and new homes.
• Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, incentives, and accountability.
• Own the entire sales funnel from lead assignment to final transaction.
• Implement sales processes, scripts, and tech tools to maximize conversion and velocity.
• Run continuous coaching and improvement programs to scale productivity.
• Work with Marketing to align lead flow and campaigns with team capacity and focus.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to optimize CRM and agent tooling.
• Align with Operations and Country Manager to ensure smooth transactions.
• Identify high-performing talent and expand the brokerage team into additional Jakarta districts.
• Launch and grow sales support roles, including listing agents and viewing agents.
• Identify new markets or cities across Indonesia to expand and build a nationwide brokerage offering.

• 7+ years of experience in residential real estate or high-performance inside sales.
• Proven track record in managing agent teams and other sales leaders, hitting or exceeding aggressive monthly sales targets.
• Deep understanding of resale and off-plan transactions in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a hands‑on approach.

• Total transaction volume and GTV closed by Jakarta brokerage.
• Lead-to-transaction conversion rate.
• Agent retention and performance growth.
• Time to close and transaction speed.

• Build Jakarta’s most modern real estate brokerage from scratch with full support from a regional Prop Tech leader.
• Drive real results and have ownership over agent growth, transaction volume, and customer experience.
• Work with a fast-scaling company redefining real estate across Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, Product, and Marketing teams to shape strategy and innovation.
