• Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and shifts in the industry while staying informed about new products and competitors.
• Serve as the primary contact, building long-term relationships with customers.
• Discover new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain strong client-account manager relationships.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team and other departments working on the same accounts.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Requirements- 5 to7 years of IT sales experience.
- Preferably from a System Integrator (SI) background.
- Knowledge and experience in Infrastructure and/or Application Solutions and Development.
- Industry experience in the Public Sector, Government-Linked Companies (GLC),Financial Institutions, and Enterprise Accounts.
- Provendirect customer-facing experience with a track record of successfullyopening new accounts.
- ABachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is necessary.
