Key Account Manager
Location:
West Jakarta, Jakarta,
Business Development (Cloud & Cybersecurity)
Responsibilities- Maintaining and strengthening relationship with key account and existing customers in Indonesia.
- Managing, interpreting and coordinating key account customer requirement accurately.
- Responsible for final result of sales, including distributor’s sales revenue, customer satisfaction etc.
- Draft the strategies with distributor for key account sales and service.
- Develop and strengthen the relationship with key account customers.
- Organize the sale and service activities.
- Support distributor to generate sales proposal/quotation for multinational customers.
- Build up good and long-term relationship with focused accounts.
- Prepare and conduct product presentations, product demonstrations and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Take full responsibility to customers suggestions for improvement to be done on current products and services, as well as ideas for new products, applications and services.
- Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to management the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.
- Share product knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
- Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions and departments.
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
- Work closely with regional managers to develop the business.
- Compiling data and reports from distributors on customers progress, goals, and plans for business forecasts.
- Research market demand and competition information.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related, or Bachelor degree in Physics/Chemical from a recognized university.
- 3 years and above work experience as sales engineer/representative/manager in capital equipment industry or related.
- Possess own car.
