EdTech Sales Specialist
to strengthen our footprint in the Indonesian education market.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
EdTech Sales Specialist
with a strong background in EdTech or SaaS solution sales, preferably in LMS or e-learning platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education technology, comfortable engaging with K–12 and higher education institutions, and capable of managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. This role plays a key part in driving BeED’s direct sales efforts and establishing long-term client relationships in the Indonesian market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients (schools, universities, training institutions, and educational organizations).
  • Present, pitch, and demonstrate BeED’s LMS and digital learning solutions, aligning our offerings to client needs.
  • Manage the entire B2B sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, proposal development, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with education technology trends, local education policy developments, and competitors within the Indonesian EdTech landscape.
  • Attend relevant education expos, networking events, and client meetings to promote BeED's presence and value proposition.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, progress toward targets, and feedback from the field.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of solid sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education-related industries.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, or digital curriculum systems is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in consultative or solution-based selling, ideally in the Indonesian education sector.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and tailor solutions to client goals.
  • Existing network or relationships with schools, universities, or training centers in Indonesia are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
    .
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia for client meetings, events, and follow-ups.
