Responsibilities
- Identify and conduct cold outreach to potential leads.
- Secure initial meetings with targeted leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Assist the Business Development team with initial pitch/demo.
- Effectively handle and respond to initial inbound inquiries.
- Actively explore new business opportunities in potential markets and experimental leads.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored for high-value (whale) leads.
- Ensure data integrity by accurately inputting and updating client information in the CRM system.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the payment processing ecosystem and major industry players.
- 1 year experience in sales/business development and related industries.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle initial client interactions, ensuring a positive first impression and accurate information relay.
- Experience in outreach strategies, including crafting tailored messages for high-value leads.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of the payment ecosystem, including competitive positioning and industry trends.
