Your roleWe are looking for a Sales area Jakarta to support our Essilor Luxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The sales area Jakarta serves as the sales leader of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through sales product, analysis and reporting. The role requires aligning sales decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.
Main responsibilities:- Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and ongoing business opportunities
- Responsible for achieving sales target and growth of the key accounts.
- Develop sales and marketing plans to grow existing and new key accounts
- Sales revenues and growth of key accounts in Indonesia.
- Work closely with key accounts and marketing team to develop programs that maximises sales potential and ensure timely execution and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives
- Key account management, including pre and post‑sales activities, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, presentations and account receivable of key accounts.
- Making Market competition analysis report.
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma Refraksionist Optician
- At least have experience in Sales and Trainer
- Familiar with internet and Microsoft Office
- Strong effective communicator, highly developed, ability to coordinate a team, creative
- Work Location Jakarta
