As a Business Development Executive with us in B. Braun Indonesia
, you will help identify new market opportunities beyond our current business, especially in segments like Dental, Veterinary, and Aesthetic
. Your responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing product fit, developing new product pipelines, and supporting market entry through stakeholder mapping. You will also build strong partnerships with distributors, hospital groups, and professional associations, while collaborating on digital solution initiatives for hospitals. Additionally, you will prepare regular sales, pipeline, and project reports to support informed business decisions.

Your key responsibilities
  • Conduct market research on trends, regulations, competitors, and customer needs, and identify potential segments such as hospitals, clinics, community health centers, pharmacies, and modern trade.
  • Support market entry by mapping key stakeholders including physicians, purchasing teams, government bodies, and professional associations.
  • Drive product and portfolio development for segments like Dental, Vet, and Aesthetic by analyzing market fit and building short-, mid-, and long‑term product pipelines with relevant communication partners.
  • Identify hospitals suitable for

    B. Braun digital solutions and conduct presentations and assessments to evaluate digital readiness.
  • Build and strengthen channel and partner networks with distributors, hospital groups, and professional associations, while collaborating with the Channel Management Specialist.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on sales, pipelines, and project status, and ensure effective communication and collaboration with regional peers, Business Units, and internal teams.
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Minimum Diploma 3 in Science, Marketing/Business or any related field.
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in business development and/or sales in Pharma or Medical Devices.
  • Preferably having experience in Dental or Aesthetic industry.
