Indonesia is a major growth market for Youtap. We already have strong platform capability and a growing ecosystem — now we are looking for a commercially driven person who wants to help scale our customer base and partner-led revenue.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of real opportunities, work directly with senior decision makers, and build strong commercial experience in a high-growth environment. You must be used to selling large complex technology solutions.
You must write and speak fluent English and Bahasa; you must have a current work visa for Indonesia, or be an Indonesian citizen.
Requirements- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting and targeted account development
- Run discovery meetings, solution workshops, and platform demos
- Work with customers to shape proposals and commercial offers that make sense for their business
- Support negotiations, procurement processes, and contracting through to close
- Co-sell alongside partners (banks, telcos, acquirers, aggregators, SIs) to generate and convert opportunities
- Help partners confidently position Youtap's platform in the market
- Work closely with internal teams to progress deals and deliver successful outcomes
- Worked in Fintech, selling banking, loyalty, financial service or payments platforms and or apps to banks, telcos or retail conglomerates
- A motivated commercial professional with 2-6 years experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology
- A Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant / Sales Engineer ready to step into a revenue-focused role
- Comfortable with talking to banks, telcos or enterprise customers about technology platform solutions
- Comfortable meeting customers, presenting solutions, and driving deal momentum
- Curious about business models and able to link technology to commercial value
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to build pipeline through consistent outreach
- Excited to work in a fast-moving environment with real growth opportunity
- Working for a systems integrator, technology platform company or software solutions company
- Prefer a pure account management role without new business responsibility
- Are only looking for a management title or people leadership track right now
- Prefer internal coordination work rather than customer-facing selling
