The Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients

• Identify and qualify leads while building strong client relationships.
• Deliver tailored Odoo demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Execute marketing strategies, manage channels, and create sales materials.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Consultancy (IT/ERP/software preferred).
• Proactive, analytical, and creative with solid problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (Odoo preferred)
• Skilled in client relations, negotiation, and CRM/data management.
