Relationship Manager - Priority & Commercial - Jakarta - WFO ()
Acquire new customers (individual and/or corporate) to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Manage and grow existing customer portfolios.
Offer appropriate financial solutions including:
Investment & Wealth Management products (mutual funds, bonds, etc.) and Commercial lending products (working capital loans, investment loans, etc.)
Conduct financial analysis and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and/or business owners.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Experience as Relationship Manager in:
Wealth Management / Funding (min. 2 years), and/or Commercial / SME / Enterprise Banking (min. 5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of investment products and/or commercial lending products.
Good understanding of financial analysis (for lending exposure).
Target-oriented with strong sales drive.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
WPPE certification is a plus (for Wealth Management background)
