[ALH] Business Development Representative - Jakarta, Indonesia
The Business Development Representative for Indonesia is responsible for driving market expansion, recruiting local partners, and establishing strategic collaborations within the Indonesia market. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing Asia Learn Hub's presence in the region, and fostering strong relationships with local stakeholders. This position offers a competitive commission structure, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for international travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market Expansion- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Indonesia market.
- Establish a strong local presence and expand Asia Learn Hub's brand recognition.
- Identify, recruit, and support local partners to increase market reach and effectiveness.
- Provide continuous support to partners, ensuring successful onboarding and collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with local associations, communities, and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with these entities to promote Asia Learn Hub’s offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
- Ensure consistent revenue growth through effective sales strategies and partner engagement.
- Represent Asia Learn Hub at regional and international events.
- Foster connections and business opportunities through networking and industry events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment and success.
- Manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesia market, including key players and cultural nuances.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies tailored to the local market.
- Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with partners and clients.
- Excellent networking skills with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Commitment to supporting partners and ensuring mutual success.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to different business environments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage various projects and stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with business development tools and CRM software (Zoho).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
- Proven success in market entry and partner recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
