We are a global consulting firm supporting a leading life insurance company in Indonesia on a high-impact transformation program.

We are looking for a Sales Transformation Consultant to work closely with senior agency leaders to drive growth and improve salesforce performance. This is a hands‑on role focused on diagnosing business challenges and delivering practical, high‑impact solutions.

• Partner with senior agency and distribution leaders to assess business performance
• Identify root causes impacting agency productivity and growth
• Conduct structured analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Support development and execution of sales and distribution transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive implementation and track impact
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

• 5+ years of experience in frontline sales management (minimum Team Leader level; senior profiles preferred)
• Strong background in insurance, bancassurance, or financial services
• Proven experience in driving sales performance or distribution/channel growth
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory)
• Indonesian nationals preferred;
  Malaysians with highly relevant experience may be considered
