- Make outbound calls to local business owners from assigned lead lists
- Deliver opening and booking scripts confidently and consistently
- Qualify prospects using a simple checklist
- Book meetings for Local Business Advisors / Consultants
- Update CRM and call notes accurately
- Follow daily outreach targets and sales SOPs
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Resilient, disciplined, and process-driven
- Able to handle rejection positively
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome
