Telesales Agent

Job opportunity for Telesales Agent at PT Diri Artha Sehat in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Diri Care's products/services.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about products/features.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, presales, or call center sales supervision.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
