Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel expansion strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, interior contractors, distributors, and applicators.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to support business expansion.
- Create and implement programs to increase partner engagement, sales productivity, and brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through channel partners and industry networks.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to support channel activation initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets and applicator growth targets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, project sales, or partnership development.
- Experience from industries such as interior building materials or architectural materials.
- Proven experience building and managing sales channels, distributors, or applicator networks.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and highly proactive in generating new business opportunities.
- Willing to travel and meet customers regularly.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent relationship‑building and networking skills.
- Passionate about growing a premium brand through strategic channel development.
