Vin Fast Indonesia is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a E-Scooter Regional Sales & Network Development Manager to accelerate growth, strengthen dealer networks, and lead high‑performance sales execution across assigned regions.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national targets
- Drive sales volume, market share, and dealer profitability
- Build, expand, and govern a scalable dealer network (1S & 3S)
- Lead dealer performance management, KPI tracking, and corrective actions
- Strengthen frontline sales capability through coaching, training, and CRM adoption
- Manage market intelligence, competitor tracking, and local commercial opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Aftersales, V‑Green, GSM, Finance, and Legal teams
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive sales, dealer acquisition, or B2B
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, customer experience, and P&L
- Experience working with leasing/finance companies is a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and leadership capability
- Data-driven, high integrity, and willing to travel when required
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
