Job Description s
- Handle prospects and close sales through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Set meetings via established channels (telephone, email, and Linked In) to introduce enterprise solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Create and deliver proposals to potential clients based on their business needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, as well as handle complaints or objections related to enterprise products for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better sales results and customer satisfaction.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closing.
- Conduct follow-up communications to move opportunities effectively through the sales funnel.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and customer data accurately.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales (B2B / Enterprise Sales preferred).
- Preferably have a background or experience in SaaS, LMS, or HRIS products.
- Have an existing corporate client database and ability to reach out to decision makers (HRD / Training positions will be a strong plus).
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work and manage clients in Jabodetabek area.
