AboutThe Role
Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for a Sales Assistant Mandarin Speaker to support our sales and business development activities, especially within e-commerce and trading-related operations.
Responsibilities- Assist Mandarin-speaking management and sales team in daily coordination and communication.
- Provide Mandarin Bahasa Indonesia / English interpretation for meetings, calls, and client communication.
- Support customer handling: inquiries, follow-ups, client communication, and relationship coordination.
- Handle sales documentation including contracts, quotations, invoices, reports, and database maintenance.
- Track sales progress, order status, product movement, and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
- Prepare meeting summaries, follow-up tasks, and administrative records.
- Join external meetings or visits if needed to support real-time interpretation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Fluent Mandarin speaking & listening (mandatory).
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia;
English is an advantage. - Strong administrative experience, especially in handling documents, reporting, and coordination.
- Minimum 23 years experience in Sales Assistant, Business Support, Admin Sales, PA Mandarin, or Translator roles.
- Must have working experience in e-commerce, trading, or marketplace operations (Tik Tok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Experience working with Chinese managers or Chinese companies is strongly preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.
- Experience in multi-country trading or cross-border e-commerce.
- Familiar with order workflows, sales pipeline, product coordination, or logistics communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service mindset.
- Salary:
Rp 12,000, (depending on skill & Mandarin proficiency). - BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
