Assistant Manager Sales Operation

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in meeting sales targets and projected profitability.
• Oversee and guide the entire sales team.
• Help ensure branch operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager.
• Track and analyze sales data extracted from SAP.
• Develop and oversee sales forecasts.
• Conduct analysis of competitors’ sales performance.
• Review and consolidate dealer PSI, ensuring the sales team follows through on plans to achieve sell‑in targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to execute and follow up on sales promotions across all dealers.
• Provide the Branch Manager with sales improvement recommendations based on data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experiences as a sales operation or business analyst or data analyst
• Having understanding of business processes of sales in electronic industry is advantages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams and present complex information clearly
• Mandarin speaker is advantages
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and project management tools
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving skills, and number friendly
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
