Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta

Responsibilities- Identify and channel potential leads to the respective Sales Managers.
- Assist Sales team in preparing quotations, contracts (PKS), and other sales documentation.
- Support customer registration processes and maintain accurate customer data.
- Handle order administration including order creation and preparation of delivery documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and order documentation.
- Coordinate with shippers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
- Maintain proper records and support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (min. GPA 3.50) from a reputable university.
- Proficient in Business Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and love doing sales
- Comfortable doing cold calls, attending external meetings, doing sales pitches
