** Tanggung Jawab Utama
** 1. Mengelola proses penjualan, termasuk pencarian calon pelanggan, negosiasi, penawaran, dan penutupan penjualan.
2. Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan kampanye pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
3. Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan.
Tanggung Jawab Umum
1. Memastikan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Terpadu, termasuk identifikasi, dokumentasi, dan pengendalian risiko di area kerja departemen terkait.
2. Membina dan memastikan komitmen setiap anggota tim untuk memahami dan mematuhi semua persyaratan Sistem Manajemen Terpadu yang berlaku.
3. Bersedia berpartisipasi dalam proses investigasi kecelakaan, insiden, atau tindakan yang dapat menyebabkan insiden yang disebabkan oleh tindakan tidak aman atau kondisi tidak aman, termasuk memberikan informasi dan laporan yang akurat berdasarkan fakta yang diketahui.
4. Bersedia terlibat dalam proses pengendalian keamanan informasi yang diterapkan untuk melindungi aset informasi dan aset pemrosesan informasi yang dimiliki dan/atau dikelola oleh Perusahaan dari ancaman terhadap kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan.
** Kualifikasi**- Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Elektro / Elektronika
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang sales B2B atau produk teknis - Memiliki kemampuan melakukan presentasi produk secara langsung ke klien atau agen - Memiliki jaringan luas, kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan bekerja dengan target dan laporan mingguan
