Beauty Trainer

• Develop and conduct engaging business and product training programs.
• Deliver both offline and online training sessions, including weekends when required.
• Ensure brand consistency in all training delivery, aligning with BSKIN's core philosophy.
• Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including key features, ingredients, and best-selling points.
• Confidently present, demonstrate, and explain BSKIN products across multiple platforms
• Represent BSKIN during events, workshops, and product launches, ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience.
• Assist in setting up demo areas or training sessions during key activations.
• Support our Beauty Adisors when assigned to maintain brand training standards.
• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a beauty trainer, educator
  , or in related roles within skincare or cosmetics.
• Passionate about skincare and wellness.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; confident and engaging speaker.
• Positive, reliable team player with a can-do and adaptable attitude.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with professionalism and flexibility.
• Warm and approachable personality, with patience to teach diverse audiences.
• Willing to travel and work during weekends when required for events or trainings.
