** Job Summary :
*** Promoting product & services to existing & new customers
* To build and maintain relationship with internal/ external customer with high integrity, respect and professionalism
* To help a bank retain current customers by analysing and base on each customer’s need
* To acquire new customer
** Key Duties and Responsibilities** **:
** 1. Prospecting/ Marketing Target
* Maximize bank’s revenue with fairness and maintaining a prudent risk exposure
* To grow and increase the profit and revenue from selling product investment and bancassurance in his/her respective branch align with branch target
* To grow funding (Time Deposit, Current and Saving account ) as a budget
* To acquire and grow number of customer as per budget
* Identify risk to customer and bank and provide the solutions
* To provide excellent service to new & existing client
* Implementing the Bank’s procedure and provide regular report base on policy and procedure
* Responsible to actively promoting the bank’s product and services to prospective as well as existing customers
* Monitoring accounts and identifying opportunities to deepen relationship
* Assisting customer transaction and resolving customer inquiries immediately
* Assist other supporting departments in order to deliver good services to client
2. Other assignment as assigned by Team Leader/ Branch Manager/Sub Branch Manager
3. Other assignment as agreed in written in yearly MBO design & propose
4. Zero tolerance for miss selling and any fraudlocations:
