We are looking for a highly connected, commercially driven, and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Commercial to accelerate nationwide growth and build strong long-term partnerships.

Overview

We are looking for a person that will be responsible for leading Puresia’s overall commercial growth strategy across Modern Trade, Corporate Sales, Key Accounts, and Strategic Partnerships.

This role requires a strong sales leader with existing relationships in premium retail chains, banks, insurance companies, airlines, hotels, and large corporations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, negotiating commercial agreements, and executing profitable sales strategies.

The candidate should be highly sales-driven, entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of closing deals quickly while maintaining strong business relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing Modern Trade, identify and secure new Modern Trade partnerships and develop strategies to improve sell-out performance and increase sales per store
  • Plan and execute profitable trade promotions, activations, and commercial campaigns
  • Organize in-store events, sampling programs, visibility programs, and retail collaborations
  • Work closely with retail buyers and key account teams to strengthen partnerships and optimize performance
  • Ensure healthy margins and efficient trade spending management
  • Develop and expand corporate sales channels for Puresia products build strategic partnerships with:
    Banks, Insurance companies, Airlines, Hotels & hospitality groups, Premium corporations, Event organizers and loyalty platforms
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships and Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic deals efficiently
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
  • Identify growth opportunities across retail and B2B channels
  • Prepare sales forecasts, commercial reports, and business development plans
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute commercial initiatives
  • Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline
  • Lead by example with strong ownership, execution, and business development capabilities
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years as Sales Manager and experience in Commercial Management, Modern Trade, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development
  • Bachelors Degree in any related field
  • Proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets and expanding business channels
  • Experience handling premium FMCG, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, trade marketing, and sales performance management
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities
