Getto Know the Team
You will join the Commercial (Non-Merchant) Enterprise & Channel team at Grab Indonesia. This team builds partnerships with some of the country's most strategic clients, including those from the Financial Services Industry, Government, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), telecommunications companies (Telcos), and Conglomerates.
Our mission? To unlock growth opportunities for Grab while creating long-term value for Indonesia's digital economy. We improve revenue and industry trust through rapid execution.
Get to Know the RoleAs a KAM, Non-Merchant Commercial, Financial Services Industry Assistant Manager, you will acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate clients within the Government and SOE products. You will focus on disciplined execution of quarterly commercial goals, driving multi-product adoption, and building long-term strategic relationships. You will report to the Manager, and this role will be based fully on-site in Jakarta.
Youwill
- Increase revenue and multi-product adoption(Grab Car Premium/HVR, Grab for Business, Grab Food, Grab Mart, and ESG/EV programs) within your client portfolio.
- Develop mid-to-senior-level relationships within government and SOE accounts.
- Implement the commercial strategy and help shape Grab's role in Indonesia's digital and regulatory ecosystem.
- Collaborate with other departments to co-create impactful business solutions.
- New Business Acquisition & Account Growth:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new accounts while driving adoption of Grab For Business offerings within your existing portfolio, aligned with Grab's Non-Merchant Enterprise goals. - Strategic Relationship Management:
Maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers, being a trusted advisor and leading negotiations to ensure win‑win outcomes. - Operational Excellence:
Instill operational thoughtfulness, ensuring disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and accountability for achieving sales targets. - Data & AI Leverage:
Use CRM/Salesforce and analytics tools to monitor performance, forecast pipelines, and use AI tools for research, data analysis, and client insights.
Team
Collaboration:
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to develop scalable solutions that meet client needs and achieve performance goals.
- 5+ years of B2B sales or key account management experience, with a track record in the FSI, Government, SOEs, Telcos, or Conglomerates sectors (SaaS/Tech experience is an added value).
- Hold a min. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a relevant field of study
- Consultative selling and negotiation skills with an ability to manage complex deal cycles and structure partnerships across different parties.
- Experience managing relationships and influencing mid-to-senior level counterparts with credibility.
- Commercial experience with a data‑driven approach, including hands‑on familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline forecasting, and sales analytics.
