JALA is looking for a Sales Executive (Jakarta) who will identify potential and build relationships with new clients. The Sales Executive will also act as the point of contact for clients and internal company teams. The candidate must be able to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
Responsibilities- Identifying potential and build relationships with new clients.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients and internal company teams.
- Managing, organizing client accounts to know their needs.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Handling budgets and client invoices.
- Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Collecting payment for the goods and services.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Sales / Account Executive (preferably in FMCG, seafood, or frozen food).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage clients and achieve sales targets.
- Basic analytical skills to evaluate sales performance.
- Proactive, target-driven, and high ownership mindset.
- Willing to work in a mobile role within Jakarta area.
