We are a fast-growing consumer products company with a strong presence across modern trade and retail channels.

As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive key account development, strengthen strategic retail partnerships, and accelerate growth across modern trade channels. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with significant exposure to senior leadership and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and surpass assigned sales objectives across designated channels and territories.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account Managers team to drive high performance and achieve business targets.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure successful execution of account plans.
  • Manage and grow strategic modern trade accounts to maximize sales performance and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute channel‑specific sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Oversee the full sales process, from identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements to securing successful account activation.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key decision‑makers within modern trade customers.
  • Monitor market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide actionable recommendations to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution of promotions, product launches, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, prepare accurate forecasts, and develop account growth plans.
  • Prepare performance reports, business reviews, and sales analyses for management discussions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, Sales Management, or Branch Management within the FMCG industry.
  • Prior exposure to Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Skincare categories is highly preferred.
  • Strong network and proven relationships with major modern trade retailers, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, mini markets, and health & beauty chains.
  • Demonstrated success in developing channel strategies and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market data and translate insights into sales opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Highly driven, commercially minded, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
