Monitor spot and futures market trends of coke as well as industry policies; conduct market research on supply-demand dynamics and competitors to support company pricing and sales strategies; be familiar with key coke specifications such as ash content, sulfur content, and CSR/strength after reaction to accurately match customer needs (跟踪焦炭现货、期货行情及行业政策,调研市场供需、竞争对手情况,为公司定价及销售策略提供依据;熟悉焦炭灰分、硫分、热强度等核心指标,精准匹配客户需求).
Develop and maintain downstream end customers (e.g., coke-consuming enterprises); expand sales channels; establish stable long-term cooperative relationships to increase market share (负责焦炭企业等下游终端客户的开发与维护,拓展销售渠道,建立稳定的长协合作关系,提升市场占有率).
Independently handle business negotiations, including volume, pricing, delivery terms, and payment cycles; draft, review, and execute sales contracts in compliance with company policies and regulations (独立完成商务谈判,洽谈销量、单价、交货方式、付款周期等核心条款,起草、审核并签订销售合同,确保合规合规).
Track the full order process, coordinate production planning, logistics and shipment (road/rail/port transshipment), liaise with quality inspection, and resolve issues such as quality disputes and delivery delays to ensure timely and quality delivery (跟踪订单全流程,协调生产备货、物流发运(汽运/火运/港口中转),对接质检环节,处理质量异议、运输延误等异常问题,保障按时按质交货).
Manage accounts receivable, including collection, monthly reconciliation, invoicing, and settlement; strictly control overdue payments and bad debt risks; maintain sales records and prepare performance reports (负责应收账款催收、月度对账、开票结算,严控逾期及坏账风险,做好销售台账、业绩报表的填报与上报).
Achieve monthly and annual targets for sales volume, revenue, gross margin, and collection rate; regularly report market updates, business progress and performance to management (完成公司下达的月度/年度销量、销售额、毛利及回款率指标,定期向领导汇报市场动态、业务进度及业绩完成情况).
Comply with company policies and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors, such as participation in exhibitions and industry events (遵守公司各项规章制度,完成上级交办的展会、行业交流等临时工作).
Qualifications and RequirementsChinese international students (Indonesia-based or willing to work in Indonesia), diploma or above; majors in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred; at least 1 year of experience in coke, steel, coal, or bulk commodity sales is preferred (outstanding fresh graduates may be considered) (中国留学生(在印尼或愿意长期在印尼工作),大专及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易等相关专业优先,1年以上焦炭、钢材、煤炭等大宗能源销售经验者优先(优秀应届生可放宽))
Familiar with coke industry market dynamics, downstream customer needs, and product specifications; strong market insight and analytical skills (熟悉焦炭行业市场规律、下游客户需求及产品指标,具备良好的市场洞察力和行情分析能力).
Strong business negotiation, communication, and stress management skills; capable of independently developing clients and achieving sales targets; willing to travel for business (具备较强的商务谈判能力、客户沟通能力及抗压能力,能独立开发客户、完成销售指标,接受出差).
Fluency in Mandarin and Active English (优先中文及英文口语流利).
Honest, pragmatic, responsible, with good professional ethics and teamwork spirit; familiar with sales processes and basic risk control requirements (诚信务实、责任心强,有良好的职业素养和团队协作意识,熟悉销售流程及风控基础要求).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with basic data analysis and reporting skills (能熟练使用Office办公软件(Excel、Word、PPT),具备基础的数据统计和报表制作能力).
Willing to travel for a business trip to Morowali Site (根据工作需要到苏拉威西工作).
