Sales Account Manager (Accessories – Air Purifier)

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage key accounts for air purifier accessories and related products. This role involves developing channel partnerships, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets in a competitive consumer electronics and home solutions market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across retail, distribution, and corporate channels.
- Expand the customer base through strategic account acquisition and relationship management.
- Drive product visibility and sales performance within assigned territories.
- Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
- Manage account performance, sales forecasts, and growth plans.
- Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Channel & Distribution Management
- Coordinate with channel partners to ensure effective product placement and availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities.
- Implement promotional activities and sales campaigns with distributors and retailers.
- Support channel partners with product knowledge and sales training.
- Market Intelligence & Product Positioning
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand.
- Provide market feedback to support product positioning and business strategies.
- Identify opportunities for expanding product lines and market reach.
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analysis.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve sales effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and marketing teams.
- Customer Service & Relationship Building
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Build long-term business relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales or account management within consumer electronics, home appliances, or related industries.
- Experience managing distributors and retail channels is preferred.
- Strong understanding of air purifier or home appliance markets is an advantage.
