Business Development Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker) – Firma Sudiarta & Rekan, Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia Responsibilities
- Finding and identifying new business opportunities to increase the client base.
- Conducting product and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Developing sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Working closely with the consulting team to ensure full understanding of the products and services offered.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Tax or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales and marketing, especially in financial, insurance, and tax consulting.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Results and sales target oriented.
- Good understanding of tax consultant products and services.
- Strong insight into tax regulations and changes in the industry.
- Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (required).
