Job Role

As the Sales Manager for the Accessories division (covering power banks, smartwatches, TWS, IoT devices, etc.), you will drive the national sales strategy to expand market presence and increase market share. You will focus on building strong partnerships with dealers and distributors, ensuring effective product distribution, visibility, and inventory management across various retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national sales roadmaps to achieve revenue and distribution targets for the Accessories division.
  • Manage and expand a network of active dealers and distributors across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and market dynamics to optimize product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Track stock movement (sell‑in/sell‑out) and ensure product visibility, availability, and healthy inventory turnover at retail locations.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key retail partners and regional wholesalers to strengthen partnerships and support sales growth.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales within Consumer Electronics or IT, including 3 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record in Mobile Accessories, IoT, or Wearables.
  • Expertise in channel management across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT), with a strong network of dealers and distributors.
  • Skilled in data‑driven decision‑making using CRM systems and sales dashboards.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin for spoken and written communication with stakeholders.
  • High initiative, target‑oriented "hunter" mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and dedication to continuous improvement.
