We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive (B2B) to join our team in Jakarta - Indonesia. The role is ideal for a sales hunter who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will drive business growth by actively acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and achieving revenue targets. You will generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities while managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
What Will You Do?- Manage incoming leads and convert them into clients.
- Proactively generate and qualify leads from potential clients.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients.
- Drive new client acquisition through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition into service delivery.
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-up activities.
- Grow sales revenue by identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts and obtaining referrals from client networks.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update the client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience and service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or managing B2B clients within the service industry.
- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong ability and desire to sell and close deals.
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities.
