Purpose of the RoleLead and develop a dedicated team to strengthen engagement in the cosmetics industry by increasing store coverage and enhancing relationships with customers and cosmetics stores, driving business growth in the cosmetics channel.
What You’ll Do- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Accountable for the thorough implementation of all customers related initiatives among sales personnel managed
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives.
- Achieve the objectives defined by company management.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from any field.
- 5 Years minimum in sales management
- Good communication and promoting program applied
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and demonstrate a good leadership role
- Strong in selling, negotiation, and merchandising skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience in the healthcare or cosmetics industry
- Ability to travel within the region as required
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms
