Responsibilities
- Identify and manage project opportunities and leads.
- Identify and manage customer requirements and perform assessment.
- Manage pipeline and handle the sales process.
- Manage customer sales cycles from initiation until close of deal and sales engagement (PO/Contract).
- Develop costing for Project PCA & CPC.
- Perform SDHO for Sales Delivery Hand Over.
- Support costing change CPC.
- Education:
Minimum Bachelor Degree. - Be able to manage and handle sales activities and opportunities.
- Have general skill product knowledge of IT, SAP, business applications, and application development.
- Perform customer relationship management and approaches, conduct presentations, develop costing CPC, and use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Mandatory & prerequisite knowledge: sales process, customer engagement, opportunity management, and having account management history & background.
