Tentang Anak is seeking a motivated and data-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Analyst & Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by providing insightful data analysis for the end-to-end sales and operational process and ensuring effective communication between sales and other departments.

• Analyze Tentang Anak's sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Monitor and report on sales performance against forecasted targets.
• Communicate promotions, product updates, and sales strategies to the sales team.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven 2+ years experience in sales analysis, support, or a similar role in FMCG or retail industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address inquiries and provide support effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
